Position:  National Account Manager (FULL TIME – Salaried)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah 2275 W. 900 S.

Salary Range:  $45-55k depending on experience

Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products especially Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel. Proficiency or exposure to Movers Suite, HOD, or other transportation systems a plus. 

Position Requirements:                5 years successful client relationship management experience.  Relocation industry experience and CRP and/or GMS designations a plus.

 

Mesa Systems is a highly regarded independent agent for United Van Lines, Inc.  Mesa is a recognized provider of transportation, relocation, and logistics management services, with offices located in Boise, ID, Salt Lake City, UT, Denver, Montrose and Grand Junction, CO and Portland, OR.  We are searching for an experienced National Account Manager to service a diverse corporate client portfolio from our Salt Lake City, UT corporate office. 

 

If you have held a position in Account Management and/or Client Relations Manager in a previous role, have good experience in the relocation industry, or have a background in both the relocation and transportation industries, this opportunity may be right for you.  Preference will be shown to CRP, and or GMS designation holders.  To be given consideration for the position, you will need to be able to demonstrate your experience in the following areas:

 

  • Management of a corporate client portfolio with annual revenue greater than $5 Million.
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal verbal and written communication skills which will be used to conduct needs assessments, on-board new clients, address issues, and instill new clients with confidence of our process and services.
  • Strong presentation skills (Powerpoint), Spreadsheet Management of accounts (Excel), and ability to create and deliver impactful presentation materials, RFP responses, and participate in client events.
  • Provide timely responses to client questions by gathering the necessary answers from all levels within the organization to ensure that client satisfaction is 100%. 
  • Show the ability to work with corporate clients and 3rd party relocation provider partners to solve relocation related challenges that may arise in a timely and efficient manner that results in a positive experience.
  • Ability to maintain and organically grow the revenue of the client portfolio by successfully introducing new service offerings.
  • Solid knowledge of the customer service approach required to successfully build trust and a healthy rapport with your client contacts with a solid knowledge of the relocation and transportation operational process. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to proactively deliver recommendations, solutions and professional presentations to corporate contacts to demonstrate added value beyond the transactional management.
  • Address customer and client issues in a proactive manner and effectively use the empowerment provided to the position to effectively and fully resolve customer satisfaction issues.

We are seeking an experienced Relocation Client Inventory Specialist who has a minimum of three years working directly in marketing of corporate relocation Inventory properties. Individual must have excellent communication and writing skills to correspond with corporate clients.  The Client Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining working relationships with the real estate agents and finding/screening new agents. They will provide communication to the relocation coaches from realtors. They play a significant role in capturing the referral and have an incentive based upon the amount of referral fee revenue Following is a short list of the following requirements for this excellent opportunity:

  • Real Estate point of contact for Client for all Real Estate matters
  • Responsible for working with broker directly on real estate marketing plans
    • Interpreting the information from broker and developing a recommendation for client or customer. For Client prepare a cost analysis
  • Monthly call standard with Relocation Director
  • Inventory – Prepare cost analysis for client for all real estate transaction and present same to client and present same to corporate client.
  • Some travel may be required. Field Inspection of properties (when identified) and Client visits /presentations
  • Work with Coach (BVO) on all communication to EE on marketing of home
  • Resale Offers; negotiating offers for clients. Present to client negotiation recommendations with Cost analysis.
  • Maintain system broker network research, updating and adding of brokers. Building a high quality RE Network

  • Bachelor’s or associates degree in global business, or a related area is preferred.
  • Ability to create cost estimates and/or cost projections for assignments.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Creative, confident, organized with an eye for detail.
  • Good knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and keep projects on task.
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and relocation tracking software.

The individual should have the ability to work independently, with demonstrated excellent transferee service expertise and outstanding communication skills.. Act as a single point of contact for transferees to work through all questions, issues and problem resolution. Maintaining relationships with transferees and clients. Position located in Scottsdale AZ.  No relocation offered.
